options. On my most recent trip, I was with my mother, who is an omnivore, my flexitarian husband, and my 3 year old son, who is mostly vegan, and completely vegetarian. We ordered the nachos, chili, taco salad, kid's mac & cheese, potato salad, watermelon fresca, and native iced tea. You order at the counter, find a table, place your number on your table, and someone brings you your food when it's ready. Drinks are self-serve. The Bridgeport Village location has both indoor and outdoor seating. We sat outside and enjoyed the rare day of nice weather in Oregon. Everyone really liked their food, which is always exciting for me when taking non-vegans to a vegan restaurant. The flavors are fantastic and everything tasted fresh. On other trips we have also enjoyed the Saigon rolls, native fries, homemade apple pie, and strawberry shortcake parfait.

Nuevo Native Nachos: Homemade corn tortilla chips covered in black beans, Native Taco Meat, Native Chipotle Crema, Native Cheese, salsa fresca, and guacamole. Topped with corn, green onions, cilantro and jalapenos. (I ordered it without onions or salsa)
Saigon Roll: Braised lemongrass tofu, lightly pickled daikon and carrot twirls, brown rice, cucumber strips, tangy peanut sauce, fresh cilantro and basil in a whole wheat wrap.
Native Chili: A custom blend of white beans and Native Chili Meat simmered with tomatoes and special spices. Topped with Native Cheese and diced red onions. Served with a hunk of homemade cornbread. Cup/Bowl
Yo Amigo Taco Salad: A blend of romaine, cabbage, Native Taco Meat, and salsa fresca. Topped with corn, green onion, cilantro, and tortilla chip croutons. Served with our original creamy chipotle dressing on the side. (Added avocado and no green onions)
Freddie’s Mac and Cheese: Quinoa “super” pasta with a cow friendly cheese sauce and broccoli trees. Soy and wheat free. GF
Native Fries: Thinly-cut, cooked in pure vegetable oil and seasoned just right!
Homemade Apple Pie: Fresh apples, cinnamon and spice in a buttery crust with a sweet crumb topping. Served with cinnamon creme on the side.
Strawberry Shortcake Parfait: Moist vanilla cake layered with almond creme and fresh sliced organic strawberries. Back by popular demand!
Carrot Cream Cheese Cupcake: Fresh grated carrots combined with cinnamon and orange juice. Baked to perfection and topped with a vanilla cream cheese frosting.
Chocolate Cupcake: Made in-house using the finest ingredients including fair-trade cocoa powder and trans- fat free veggie shortening.
Peanut Butter Parfait: Creamy whipped peanut butter filling layered between Boogie Bar crumbles and chocolate chips. Agave sweetened. gf
